What is included in the Flyers Pass?
The Flyers Pass includes a ticket for four designated games per month (October 2022 - April 2023). The game dates for each month will be posted here approximately two weeks prior to the start of each month (for example, the games for December will be posted during the second week of November).
How much does the pass cost?
The Flyers Pass costs $99 per month plus a one-time processing fee of $6.00. Your credit card will be charged $105 upon your initial purchase and then charged $99 on the last Monday of every month for the following month's Flyers Pass (ending in March 2024 when you will be charged for the Flyers Pass for April 2024).
Does my pass automatically renew each month?
Yes, your Flyers Pass automatically renews each month through April 2024. There is an opt-out window each month if you do not want your Flyers Pass to renew for the following month.
How do I opt out of the next month if I don't want to continue my Flyers Pass?
You must opt-out by the 20th of the month to cancel your Flyers Pass for the following month. For example, if you want to cancel your Flyers Pass for March 2024, you need to opt-out by February 20, 2024. To opt-out, click here to complete the cancelation form and select "Cancel Flyers Pass" from the drop-down menu. You will be required to include your name, Flyers Pass account number and email address.
What if I purchase my Flyers Pass in the middle of the month?
Your purchase of a Flyers Pass will be at full value ($99) up until the 2nd game of that month. After the 2nd game of the month passes, you will only be able to purchase for the following month's Flyers Pass. If you would like to add on the remaining games in the month, please email [email protected]
How many Flyers passes can I buy?
You can buy up to eight passes per account.
Can I get a refund for unused tickets?
No, Flyers Passes are non-refundable.
Can I sell my Flyers Pass tickets for games that I do not attend?
No, Flyers Passes are unable to be resold.
Can I share my pass with someone else?
Yes, upon receiving your game tickets you will have the ability to transfer.
What if I need tickets to accessible seating?

I purchased my Flyers Pass. Where can I expect to sit each game?
Your specific seat location will vary game to game. Seating can be assigned anywhere in the Wells Fargo Center, including in our Assembly Room (which is Standing Room Only). Please note that seats will be assigned to Flyers Pass purchasers for each game, based on availability, so specific seat locations cannot be guaranteed.
What if I would like to purchase a seat in a specific location?
The best way to secure a seat location for Flyers games is to become a season ticket member or to purchase one of our many ticket packages designed to fit all needs. CLICK HERE to learn more about our different ticket packages.
How do I obtain my tickets?
There are no printed tickets. Your tickets will automatically be sent to you by text message within 24 to 72 hours prior to each game. If you purchase a new Flyers Pass within 24 to 72 hours prior to an upcoming game, your tickets will be texted to you at noon the day of the game. If you have any issues, please email [email protected].
What if I lose the text message with my pass?
Your tickets will be sent through text no later than 72 hours prior to a game. Note, this will require you to opt into text to receive the tickets. If you can't find your texted tickets, you can also log into your Flyers Account Manager to access your tickets. Please email [email protected] for any additional customer service needs.
If I buy two or more passes, will my seats be next to each other?
Yes, Flyers Passes purchased together will receive seats next to each other.
