50/50 Raffle tickets can be purchased at a variety of price points:
- 2 tickets for $5
- 5 tickets for $10
- 20 tickets for $20
- 80 tickets for $40

Credits cards only as PNC Arena is cashless. We accept all major credit cards.

When can I buy raffle tickets?
Raffle tickets will be sold in-game and online during the entirety of the raffle period.

How do I find out the winning raffle ticket number?
The winning raffle ticket number will be announced in-game and posted online at Canes5050.com and on Twitter @CanesGiveBack.
Where does the other half of the cash jackpot go?
50 percent of the cash jackpot goes to the Carolina Hurricanes Foundation.
Do I need to be present to win?
No, winners do not have to be present to win. However, winning raffle tickets must be provided to claim cash prizes.
Are my winnings taxed?
The Carolina Hurricanes Foundation is responsible for reporting winnings to the IRS, and the winners are responsible for any tax implications.

How long does it take to get my prize?
Cash prizes will be provided to the winner via check within forty-five (45) business days of presenting the winning raffle ticket and filling out the winner release form, including providing two forms of identification.
Is there a limit on the number of raffle tickets I can purchase?
No, there is no limit to the amount of raffle tickets you can purchase during any raffle period.
Why does Canes5050.com require my location?
Your current location is required to confirm eligibility. The raffle is offered throughout the state of North Carolina.
I entered the incorrect email and did not print my raffle tickets. How can I get my tickets?
Please go to the Contact Us page on Canes5050.com to request your tickets to be resent. This option is only available for online purchases.
I can't purchase a ticket from my current location, what can I do?
Please check to make sure your location services are enabled on your device. Also, check that the automatic settings for your date and time are turned on.
What does it do if I check the box to save my information for future purposes?
The information will only save if you are using the same browser as your previous purchase and you have not cleared your cache or cookie settings.
What happens if I did not receive my email with the ticket numbers?
Please check your spam, junk mail, or clutter folders for the email. If you cannot find it, please contact us using the Contact Us tab on Canes5050.com and provide your name, phone number, and the amount of tickets purchased.
